Hayden, Mary - June 24, 1921 to January 20, 2017

Passed peacefully away on January 20, 2017, at the Lions Manor Nursing Home, Placentia, Mary Hayden, age 95. 

Leaving to mourn sister-in-law Lillian Power, and a large number of nieces and nephews. 

Predeceased by her first husband Gordon Hayden and second husband Michael Gargano; parents Mary and William Power; sisters Elizabeth Power Smith (Gregory), Helena Power, and Bridgette Power Flynn (Leo); and brothers Jim Power, Mike Power (Anne), William Power, and Frank Power (Nellie). 

Sincere thank you to the staff, doctors, nurses and PCAs of the Lions Manor Nursing Home, who gave their time and care to make her stay comfortable. 

Funeral arrangements entrusted to Maher’s Funeral Home, Placentia.  Visitation to take place on Monday, January 23, 2017 from 12pm to 5pm, with cremation to follow.  

A gathering of family and close friends will take place 1pm on Monday, June 24, 2019 at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia, with inurnment to follow at 2pm at Holy Rosary Cemetery, Freshwater.
