Agnes Mooney nee Barron, of Placentia (formerly of St. Joseph’s, Placentia Bay) finished her journey here on earth February 18th, 2018, surrounded by her family. She is now reunited with her husband, Derm, parents, Joseph and Margaret Barron, sisters, Cecelia and Violet and brother, Peter.
Leaving to celebrate her life are her nine children and their families including Margie (Edgar and Melissa), Raymond (Kathy and Christina), Kenny (Alvena, Fred, Michaela and Shenise), Alice (Michael, Robert and Crystal), Wayne (Jane, Chris, Nicole, Bradley and Jeffrey), Ros (Ronald), Dermie, George (Marilyn and Nicholas), Angie (Randy and Brandon). Also left with fond memories are her twelve great grandchildren, Mikel, Addison, Charlotte, Genevieve, Keana, Damon, Alex, Bailey, Payton, Quinn, Tyson and Nathan, her sister Evelyn (Andy) and brothers Ron, Jim (Deborah) and Frank (Marg), daughter- in-law Bernadette, in-laws Tish, Mary, Ag, and Jim as well as a very large circle of extended family and friends.
Funeral arrangements entrusted to Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia, with visitation on Monday, February 19th from 7pm to 9pm and Tuesday, February 20th from 12pm - 9pm. Mass of Christian Burial to take place 10:30am on Wednesday, February 21st at Sacred Heart Parish, Placentia. Burial to take place at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Placentia.
