June 15, 1962 - December 30, 2018

 

It is with heavy hearts that the Family of the Late Richard (Ricky) Nash of Branch, St. Mary's Bay, announces his passing, at the age of 56 years. Richard has now entered into eternal peace.

 

Waiting to greet him in heaven are his Mother and Father, Lena and Joseph Nash, his brother, Larry and his Father-in-law George Careen.

 

Leaving to mourn is his wife, Sadie; his two sons, Lloyd (Julia) and Stephen (Rebecca); his daughter, Danielle (Brandon); and his only Grandchild, his pride and joy, Raya Willow Nash. Ricky is also survived by his three brothers and six sisters: Buddy (Diane) of Pt. Lance, Ernest of Branch, Shirley (Don Squire) of Mt. Pearl, David (Angela) of Kelligrews, Cathy (Willie Careen) of Pt. Lance, Marie (Gary Champion) of New Brunswick, Marlene (Pat Malone) of Mt. Pearl, Theresa (Pat McGrath) of Mt. Pearl, and Cynthia (Kevin O'Keefe) of Mt. Pearl. Also leaving to mourn his Mother-in-law, Agnes Careen of Pt. Lance, a large number of nieces and nephews, as well as his many other relatives and friends.

 

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Manning's Funeral Service.  Resting at Holy Rosary Church, Branch on Tuesday, January 1st and Wednesday, January 2nd. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, January 3rd, at Holy Rosary Church, Branch at 11 a.m. Interment to follow in Holy Rosary Cemetery, Branch.
