A special thank you to Catherine or
"Nan’s" amazing care givers, Dr. Robert Power and

of her own home.
Catherine has left a legacy of a life that revolved around
her family, she spent many hours in the kitchen, cooking, baking, oh
how she loved her sweets, and making her delicious homemade bread. She
made many quilts and spent hours on her sewing machine. And when she
wasn’t busy with all of that, you would find her with a pair
of knitting needles and a ball of yarn while watching her soaps or her
daily mass. She made the best mittens, socks, and pot
cloths.
