Marina Teresa Fulford (Pittman)

October 6, 1955 - May 31, 2023

Marina Teresa Fulford (Pittman) Age 67 - It is with very heavy hearts that the family of the late Marina Fulford share her passing into the arms of the Lord on May 31st, 2023.

Marina was predeceased by her parents: Roseanna and Aloysius Pittman formerly of Bar Haven and Placentia.

She is survived and will be tremendously missed by her children: Rosemarie (Greg), Gerry (Melissa) and Brian (Paula); her grandchildren: Luke, John, Kate, Jake, Nathan, Allison and Amy; her siblings: Alphonsus (Carmelita), Hilda (Bill), Bridget (Joe), Rose (Frank), Tom and Kevin (Edna); many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

Marina was a kind and considerate person to all. She was passionate about helping others through her work in home care and support. She cherished her children and grandchildren beyond measure. She loved to laugh and being with her friends especially: Donna, Ag, Kathleen, Madonna, Irene and Lucy. She enjoyed walking, reading and most importantly spending time with her precious grandchildren.

At Marina’s request cremation has taken place. Visitation will be at Barrett’s Funeral Home, 73 Commonwealth Avenue, Mount Peral on Sunday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm.

A service of thanksgiving for her life will be held on Monday, June 5, 2023 at 10:00 am from Barrett's Mount Pearl Chapel. Flowers gratefully accepted or donations in her honor can be made to St. Patrick’s Mercy Home Foundation.

Thank you to all the 4th floor staff at St Patrick's Mercy Home, to Dr. O'Shea, Dr. Hurley, Dr. McDonald and Dr. Greenland. The family will have private burial at a later time in Placentia.
