October 21st, 2014 at Lions Manor Nursing
Home in Placentia, in the presence of her loving family, a beautiful
and gentle soul, Ellen Mary Barnett (Ryan) of Placentia, in her
88th year.
Predeceased by her husband John, sons John and Pat,
daughters Catherine and Violet, granddaughter Naomi and grandson
Taylor.
Leaving to mourn her
children Mary Maher (Jack), Angela (her angel on earth), Bill (Pat),
Joe (Louise), Elizabeth Chesnutt (Kelly) and Geraldine Fulford
(Wayne), and very special and devoted friend Joe Walsh, special
daughter-in-law Irene Barnett and loving niece Marion
Griffiths. Also mourning her loss
are a large circle of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well
as numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends, especially the
residents and staff of the Lions Manor Nursing Home, where she
resided.
Visitation at
Maher’s Funeral Home, Placentia on Wednesday, October 22nd
from 7-9pm and Thursday, October 23rd from 2-5pm and
7-9pm. Mass of Christian Burial
will take place on Friday, October 24th at 11am at Sacred Heart
Church, Placentia with interment to follow at St. Anne’s
Cemetery in Dunville.
