Passed peacefully away at the Placentia Health Care Centre on April 26, 2007, of Dunville, P. Bay, age 87 years. Predeceased by her loving husband Walter Allan (1986), son Willis ( 1945), daughter-in-law Gertie (1989), son Gordon (2002), great grandson Eric (1992)and great granddaughter Pamela (2006). Leaving to mourn sons and daughters Walter (Brigitte), Calgary, AL, Fred (Isabel), Arnold’s Cove, Bart (Yvonne), Dunville, Minnie(Peter King), Dunville, Hughie (Sandra), Dildo, and Mary (Des Linehan), SE, Placentia and daughter-in-law Muriel, Wasaga Beach ON. Also leaving to mourn 16 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren and one special great great grandchild Tamara. Resting at Maher’s Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 PM . Funeral Service on Monday April 30, 2007 at United Church, Dunville at 1 PM. Interment to follow at United Cemetery, New Harbour. In lieu of flowers the family asks that a donation be made to a local charity of ones choice.
