Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Center on March 19, 2010. Predeceased by his father James, brothers Charles and Gerard. To cherish and celebrate his memory are his devoted wife and best friend Shirley and sons Scott, Craig and Dennis mother; Ellen, brothers; Jim (Donnie), Tom (Theresa), Harold and Wayne (Pam) and sisters; Mary (Dick),Louise (Dan)and Alverna (Peter),parents-in-law Francis and Marie Whelan and brothers and sisters in law, with many nieces, nephews, cousins,friends and co-workers at Marine Atlantic. Resting at Maher's Funeral Home, Placentia. Visitation on Sunday March 21, 2010 from 2-4p.m. and 7-9p.m. Mass of Christian burial on Monday March 22, 2010 at 2p.m. at The Sacred Heart Church in Placentia. Inurnment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery, Placentia.
